Excellent public transport; we have a mainline railway station less than 1/2 mile down the road and there are also excellent bus links. Passenger ferry across to the fishing village of Shaldon (the oldest ferry route in the British Isles).

MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHT STAY.

All damage must be paid for. Any extra cleaning charges will also be taken from deposit.

Double doors lead out to a fenced off area of a large garden.

Lots of local shops in Teignmouth town along with pubs and restaurants and takeaways.
There is a Waitrose supermarket in town and about 1 mile away is a Morrisons supermarket.

Mainline train station is a five minute walk away from the property and there are lots of different bus routes from town that take you to Exeter, Plymouth and Dartmoor.

The previous owners of this house had massively neglected it and let it fall into a terrible state of disrepair - it was pretty much derelict when we bought it. It had no staircase, water, electricity or gas supply. The roof let in approximately 40 litres of water every time it rained and the windows were all rotten. Over the last 4 years we have lovingly restored it - replaced the rotten windows; had a new roof (and insulation!) fitted, a new heating system has been installed and we have tastefully decorated with colours representative of the era it was built. We've given the house a little bit of dignity back.
It's an on going project though so please take into consideration it's not a modern, double glazed property and you might feel a draught here and there!

Preferred change over day is Saturday but during low season we are more than happy to accept bookings for short stays and weekend breaks.
